Job Description
The CDL operator (Hazmat) is responsible for the safe loading, transportation, and delivery of diesel product to various customer locations. Job tasks include, but are not limited to, loading from a fuel rack into a delivery trailer or straight truck, traversing public and lease roads to oil and gas sites, delivering into bulk fuel tanks and various pieces of equipment. In addition to these duties, the CDL Operator (Hazmat) is responsible for daily inspection of equipment and cargo for road worthiness and compliance the local, state, and federal regulations. The CDL Operator will operate within hours of service regulations set forth by the FMCSA and State of Texas for an intrastate vehicle operator. Minor troubleshooting and maintenance is expected. An approved candidate will be required to complete a second application as required by the FMCSA in addition to the general employment application.
