Home Daily Job Description We are looking for reliable and safety-focused CDL-A Local Truck Drivers to join our team in Texas. This is a local, home-daily position for professional drivers who want consistent work, steady pay, and the ability to return home after every shift. The ideal candidate has a valid Class A CDL, a safe driving record, and experience operating tractor-trailer equipment. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned local routes. Pick up and deliver freight to customers, warehouses, and designated facilities. Complete daily routes safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Secure and inspect cargo before and during transportation. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and electronic records. Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations. Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, deliveries, delays, and other issues. Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations. Report accidents, equipment problems, delays, or safety concerns immediately. Maintain the cleanliness and condition of assigned equipment. Requirements Valid Class A CDL . Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience preferred. Clean and acceptable driving record. Current DOT medical card. Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening. Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer in local traffic and varying weather conditions. Good communication and time-management skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Previous local or regional CDL-A experience. Experience with dry van, reefer, flatbed, or dedicated freight. Experience using ELD systems. Familiarity with Texas highways and local delivery routes. Previous experience with touch or no-touch freight. What We Offer $27-$30 per hour , based on experience. Home Daily - no OTR travel.
