Overview Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver and take charge of delivering essential materials safely and efficiently across various locations. This energetic role offers the opportunity to operate a range of specialized trucks, including concrete mixers, haul trucks. flatbeds, and tractor-trailers. Your expertise in heavy lifting, vehicle operation, and load management will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties Safely operate a variety of commercial trucks to transport goods to designated locations Load and unload materials manually or using mechanical knowledge to ensure secure and balanced cargo Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Drive with professionalism, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies during deliveries Assist with heavy lifting tasks using appropriate equipment or manual effort to handle bulky or heavy loads Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and load/unload records for accountability Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with relevant endorsements for operating heavy trucks and specialized equipment Proven experience in commercial driving, especially with delivery routes involving manual transmission vehicles Mechanical knowledge of trucks Demonstrated ability to load & unload cargo safely using manual effort or mechanical aids Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, vehicle operation, and cargo securement Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks Physical capability for heavy lifting tasks and prolonged periods of driving or standing Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible impact!
