Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials and equipment safely and efficiently to various job sites. This role requires experience in operating commercial vehicles and heavy equipment, particularly in the concrete industry. The Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Duties Operate commercial vehicles to transport concrete, equipment, and materials to designated locations. Perform installation tasks related to paving and concrete work, ensuring adherence to project specifications. Conduct concrete pumping operations as needed, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the process. Utilize heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, loaders, and other machinery effectively. Assist in concrete finishing tasks to achieve desired surface quality and appearance. Engage in concrete forming activities, preparing sites for pouring and setting of concrete. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, inspections, and vehicle maintenance records. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating vehicles and equipment on job sites. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) for two years with a clean driving record. Knowledge of paving installation processes and techniques is a plus. Familiarity with concrete pumping operations is advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
