This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent weekday hours while making a meaningful difference in the lives of local families. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting students to and from school while providing exceptional customer service to both parents and students. Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety are essential. Responsibilities Safely transport students to and from school on assigned routes. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming vehicle. Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Communicate professionally with dispatch, parents, and school staff. Accurately document attendance and any incidents. Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Authorized to work in the United States. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded. Experience driving passenger vans or transporting children is preferred but not required. Schedule Monday through Friday Split shift (morning and afternoon routes) No evenings, weekends, or major school holidays Additional hours may be available for field trips, charters, and special transportation assignments.
