Job Description
Spiffer is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Driver & Trash Bin Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is an active, hands-on position where you'll drive our trash bin cleaning truck, service residential routes, operate a commercial pressure washer, and make sure every customer receives a high-quality cleaning. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and can consistently show up ready to work. What You'll Do Drive a company vehicle safely and professionally throughout service area (north Utah county and south Salt Lake county) Truck will be based in Eagle Mountain Clean residential trash and recycling bins using a commercial bin cleaning unit and pressure washer Get in and out of the truck frequently throughout the day Operate and monitor pressure washing and cleaning equipment Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments on equipment Make sure bins are cleaned thoroughly and meet Spiffer's quality standards Communicate professionally with customers when needed Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area Complete assigned routes efficiently and consistently Identify opportunities to help customers and generate additional sales What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills Clean driving record — no recent tickets or accidents Reliable transportation to and from work (Eagle Mountain HQ) Comfortable with a physically active job and getting in and out of a truck throughout the day Comfortable operating a commercial pressure washer Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot equipment Strong attention to detail Hard-working and self-motivated Consistent and reliable Able to work independently without constant supervision Takes pride in doing a job correctly, not just quickly Positive attitude and professional demeanor Pressure washing or mechanical experience is a plus, but we can train the right person.
