• Drive and operate a dump truck hauling materials (soil, gravel, mulch, rock, demo debris) between our yard, suppliers, and job sites across Northern Utah
• Load and unload safely; verify load tickets and delivery quantities
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections and keep the truck clean and road-ready
• Report mechanical issues immediately to our shop team
• Help on job sites between hauls — you're part of the crew, not just behind the wheel
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies, including load securement What You Bring
• Valid CDL (Class B required; Class A a plus) with air brake endorsement
• Clean MVR and current DOT medical card
• Dump truck or construction hauling experience preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Comfortable operating in tight residential and commercial job sites
• Bonus points: experience towing equipment trailers or operating a loader/skid steer What You Get
