Swift Transportation's West Valley City, UT terminal is now hiring refrigerated OTR drivers out of Provo, Utah. Driving reefer OTR can take you coast-to-coast with a wide variety of load options and high earning potential. Top 25% of Reefer OTR drivers at the West Valley terminal average $1800 weekly Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.43 to $.58 cpm depending on route and verifiable experience Home monthly Weekly paychecks Over 30 terminals in 25 states Great benefits package Career growth New Fuel Network and Free Showers Guaranteed Pay Plus+- Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving .

No serious traffic violations in the past year. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction in the last 5 years. No use of illegal drugs, positive/refused tests in the past 10 years withCDL-A/CLP.
