The best part is the home time. Driver run 21 days and are home 9 (7 days at house and 2 days travel). Our benefits, our trucks, our pay and our turnover are some of the best in the industry. Drivers are paid $.65-$.70CPM (based on experience and if you have hazmat). Drivers run on a rest and our out 21 and then off 9. The company flies you home and flies you back to the termina. Trucks are not slip seated and preventative maintenance is done while drivers at home. Drivers will park trucks in either Charlotte, NC; Columbus, OH; or Mansfield, PA. Drivers will run the Midwest, Mid Atlantic and some of the Southeast along with the Northeast.

For drivers who have driven local in Upper Midwest or Northeast major cities during the winter months and have 1 year of Class A experience this would qualify No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years in a truck with no more than 2 in the last 12 months and none can be serious. No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last 3 years or parking lot incidents in the last three years No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months and not have been terminated from any driving job for any reason in the last 12 months and no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years
