You'll pilot condo equipment averaging 2,500 miles per week on a reliable schedule of 2 weeks out followed by 2 days of home time. All freight is 100% no-touch, split between drop-and-hook runs, live unloads, and live reloads. Appointment tracking requires daily communication and ETA updates, and certain drivers may complete a 1-week mentor onboarding ride-along. Orientation takes place in Colton. Compensation features experience-based mileage rates from $0.55 to $0.59 cpm . Projected weekly earnings average $1,540 ($80,080 annualized), while top earners clear $1,895 weekly ($98,540 annualized) Candidates must possess 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last year (or balanced road time over 10 years), pass a DOT physical, urine test, and hair follicle drug screen .
