Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crude Oil Hauler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting crude oil safely and efficiently from production sites to designated locations. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate various types of trucks, including tankers and flatbeds. Responsibilities Safely operate tanker trucks to transport crude oil to specified destinations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Load and unload crude oil using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed. Maintain accurate records of shipments, including delivery logs and vehicle maintenance reports. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the transportation of hazardous materials. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck, including performing routine checks on equipment such as forklifts and roll-off trucks when necessary. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with tanker endorsement required. 2-years' experience required. Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with tankers or flatbed trailers. Familiarity with freight transportation regulations and safety standards. Ability to operate various types of trucks, including dump trucks and refrigerated trailers. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices in all aspects of driving and loading/unloading operations. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
