Job Description
General Summary:
The recruiter is responsible for finding qualified professional drivers that meet the company's standards. This person perpetuates and is an example of The PRIDE Way standard.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Pay:
$45,000 annual salary; Depending on Experience + weekly commissions & monthly incentive potential Equal Opportunity Employer?: Of course.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Inbound calling to potential drivers Ensuring a professional interaction to uphold the company's reputation Processing of driver applications Following the company's hire/rehire procedure Outbound calling to potential drivers Attendance is an essential job function Must perform all duties with "safety-first" in mind
Marginal Job Functions:
Back up to other company recruiters Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Transportation knowledge Negotiation skills Team Building Promoting the company's culture, i.e. "the PRIDE way." Communication skills Self-motivated Qualified applicants will go through pre-employment testing, including verification of employment, background check
