Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rollback Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tow trucks equipped with flatbeds to load, and transport vehicles efficiently and securely. Your mechanical knowledge, and vehicle towing will ensure that vehicles are handled with care and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where safety, customer service, and technical skills come together to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks with flatbeds to load, and transport vehicles, including trucks, cars.. Follow cargo securement protocols rigorously to ensure vehicles are safely loaded onto tow trucks without risk of damage or accidents. Perform automotive minor mechanical repairs. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or mechanic work, especially related to truck or vehicle mechanics for drivers. mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to perform minor mechanical vehicle repairs and basic troubleshooting. Familiarity with cargo securement protocols, safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks. Experience operating tow trucks or flatbed trucks is highly preferred. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Knowledge of car towing procedures, vehicle mechanics for truck drivers, and safe driving practices in various conditions. customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
