BEACON Kitchen, a program of New Hill Development Corporation, is a mission-driven social enterprise dedicated to expanding economic opportunity through workforce development, culinary entrepreneurship, and community partnerships. We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Driver & Operations Support Team Member who takes pride in providing excellent service and understands the importance of safe, timely, and professional deliveries. If you enjoy working independently while contributing to a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities As a member of the BEACON Kitchen team, you will: Safely transport meals, catering orders, and food products to designated locations. Load, unload, and organize deliveries while maintaining food quality and safety standards. Verify delivery orders for accuracy before departure. Maintain delivery schedules and communicate delays promptly. Provide courteous and professional customer service during every delivery. Assist with food packaging, order assembly, staging, and loading before deliveries. Support general kitchen and operational activities between deliveries. Help maintain organized storage areas and delivery supplies. Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and properly maintained. Complete delivery documentation accurately and on time. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and transportation procedures. Perform additional operational duties as needed to support BEACON Kitchen.
