Thompson Industrial Services LLC is seeking an EO/Driver I to support industrial cleaning projects for power, manufacturing, and heavy industrial clients. In this field-based role, you will safely operate trucks and industrial cleaning equipment such as hydroblasters and vacuum units, assist crews with job setup and breakdown, and follow strict safety and environmental procedures. You'll complete basic equipment inspections, maintain cleanliness of vehicles and tools, and support senior operators. This position offers comprehensive safety training and growth into higher-level equipment operator and leadership roles. Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks and industrial cleaning equipment (hydroblasters, vacuum units, etc.) Assist with job site setup, hose/equipment staging, and breakdown Perform basic pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment Follow all company, client, safety, and environmental procedures in the field Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, tools, and equipment Support senior operators and crew members during industrial cleaning projects Accurately follow work orders and directions from supervisors Use required PPE and participate in safety meetings and trainings Required Skills Commercial vehicle operation Hydroblasting equipment operation Industrial vacuum systems operation Basic mechanical aptitude Load securement Job site safety compliance Hazardous materials handling basics Pre/post-trip inspections Reading work orders and job tickets PPE use and safety procedures
