About Spivey Services Spivey Services is a leading provider of traffic safety and sanitation solutions in Virginia, offering traffic control, equipment rentals, and portable sanitation services—including restroom/shower trailers, hand-wash stations, and toilet accessories. Position Overview Spivey Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Pump Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves servicing portable toilets by pumping, cleaning, and restocking units, as well as delivering and picking up units at job sites. The position also includes operating a forklift to assist with equipment handling. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and good driving record with 0 or plus points. The applicant must have a minimum of 2 years driving larger trucks (Non CDL). Candidate needs to be a self-starter and task orientated. Key Responsibilities Perform routine servicing of portable sanitation units, including pumping, cleaning, and restocking supplies Safely transport and set up portable toilets at designated locations; retrieve units upon completion of service Load, deliver, and retrieve traffic control equipment to and from job sites Operate a forklift to assist with loading, unloading, and organizing equipment and supplies Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients Participate in ongoing training and development programs designed to support career growth from entry-level roles to long-term opportunities within the company Qualifications Must be able to pass background check and drug screen Must have "0 or Plus" DMV Driving Points along with a valid Virginia Driver's License Must be able to lift up to 50 (fifty) pounds Must have truck driver experience with large trucks (18′ to 24′)
