Job Description:
Shift:
Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm when in the warehouse and 7:00 am to 7;00Pm when driving. Overtime is available. The full time driving postion is 7 am to 7 pm on a 3-day rotation. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transport and delivery of general commodities between Warehouses/Distribution Centers. Deliver freight within scheduled routes operating a Yard Truck pulling 48'-53' trailers. Shuttle trailers between manufacturing facilities and distribution warehouses. Shuttles are within a short mile radius. Maintains driver daily logs, trip reports, and any other documents required by management. Performs a full pre-trip and post-trip inspection on tractor/trailer. Keeps equipment fueled. Reports any unsafe conditions, injury, or damage to management. Miscellaneous tasks assigned by management. The job is 80% warehouse and 20% driving. Compensation $25.00 for the warehouse backup driver. $28.14 for the full time driver. Paid every week via direct deposit.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have CDL-A. Must have 2 years of tractor trailer driving experience. Good driving record. Must be able to pass background check, DOT drug screen, and DOT physical. Must be registered in the National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with a clear record. Stable employment history Employment verifications will be completed to verify driver has adequate experience and to verify driving history with former employers. Distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
Wage Range:
25.00 - 28.14 per hour
