ActivWall Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)Position Summary ActivWall is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering customer orders accurately, safely, and on time while providing exceptional customer service. In addition to making deliveries, this role supports warehouse operations and assists with production activities when not traveling. This position requires frequent out-of-state travel with overnight stays of up to five nights per week . Drivers are typically home on weekends. Primary Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Safely and accurately load company vehicles for scheduled deliveries. Deliver ActivWall products to commercial job sites and residential customers in a timely and professional manner. Safely unload windows, doors, and other building products at customer and vendor locations. Operate a company-owned Non-CDL delivery truck in compliance with all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies. Maintain a valid driver's license, DOT Medical Card, electronic driver logs, and an acceptable driving record. Assist with planning efficient delivery schedules and routes. Prepare and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs), delivery paperwork, and load sheets. Maintain accurate records for fuel, DEF, tolls, truck supplies, hotel expenses, and other authorized travel-related purchases. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. Assist with packaging, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Perform general warehouse duties as assigned. When not making deliveries, assist with warehouse operations, scheduled vehicle maintenance, and other duties as assigned by leadership. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Represent ActivWall professionally by treating customers, vendors, and fellow employees with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Card. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings. Ability to safely lift, carry, and unload heavy building materials, including windows and doors. Ability to travel overnight up to five nights per week. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team. Mechanical aptitude or warehouse experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull heavy building materials. Repeated bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and standing throughout the workday. Ability to safely load and unload delivery trucks in various weather conditions. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions.
