In this vital role, you will lead a crew in delivering exceptional landscape maintenance, lawn care, and gardening services while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise in landscaping, horticulture, and construction will drive successful project completion and customer satisfaction. As a Crew Leader/Driver, you will also be responsible for operating various vehicles and equipment, supervising team members, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead and supervise a crew in performing landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and tree care tasks with precision and professionalism Safely operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment to transport materials and crew members to job sites Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, irrigation systems, and vehicles Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and environmental regulations while delivering high-quality results Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project status Assist with hands-on tasks such as planting, trimming, pruning, installs and general site cleanup when necessary Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong knowledge of lawn care, gardening, and tree care practices Previous supervising or leadership experience managing teams in outdoor or construction settings Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating trucks or landscaping equipment preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects is advantageous Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally Join our team to make outdoor spaces beautiful while developing your leadership skills!
