is a brand-new Delivery Service Partner (DSP) with lots of room for growth, and we're building our team from the ground up. As a Delivery Associate (DA) , you'll drive a company-provided branded van, follow your assigned route using a GPS delivery app, and deliver packages directly to customers. No passengers. No waiting for rides. No CDL required. You'll operate a non-CDL cargo van , work a consistent 4-day schedule, and have the opportunity to grow with a company that's just getting started.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Delivery Associate (DA) working with our DSP operation, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently completing your assigned delivery route. Your day starts with the van and ends with a completed route: Arrive at the delivery station Load packages into your branded delivery van Complete vehicle and safety checks Hit the road and follow your assigned route using the GPS app Deliver packages to homes and businesses Provide friendly and professional customer service Stay active and productive throughout your shift Safely complete your route Return to the station when your route is finished Load the van. Hit the route. Follow the GPS. Deliver packages. Deliver smiles.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need a CDL or years of delivery experience. We're looking for people who are dependable, responsible, safety-focused, and ready to work.

Basic requirements:

Must be 21+ years old Must have a valid driver's license Must pass a drug test Must pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be reliable and punctual Must be comfortable driving for extended periods Must have weekend availability No CDL required. Previous delivery, driving, customer service, warehouse, hospitality, construction, military, or other fast-paced work experience can be helpful, but we're primarily looking for the right attitude, reliability, and work ethic.
