The Job Run wheel-lift and flatbed trucks on roadside calls, accident scenes, and recoveries Respond to emergency service requests and police-directed tows across the DC metro Load and secure vehicles right, every time, so nothing gets damaged in transit Be the calm, professional face of Henry's for motorists in a tough spot Keep clean records and stay tight with dispatch on every assignment Run basic diagnostics and keep your assigned truck inspection-ready Follow every DOT, traffic, and company safety standard without shortcuts You're a Fit If You Have A valid driver's license and a clean driving record A valid DOT Medical Card (or the willingness to obtain one) TWIC Card and DCJS registration (or the willingness to get them) Tow or flatbed experience (preferred, not required) Comfort with both manual and automatic transmissions Strong customer service instincts and a professional attitude Availability for flexible schedules, including nights and weekends Basic mechanical know-how (a plus) What You Get Medical, Dental, and Vision.
