Pay rate is $28-30HR. The main responsibility of a refrigerated truck driver is to safely transport liner that must be kept under refrigerated conditions.

Job Duties:

• Monitoring freight throughout the trip
• Loads and unloads trailer, either individually or with assistance, with or without mechanical handling equipment.
• Records hours of service via an electronic log.
• Maintains vehicle interior and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Performs visual inspections of assets prior to leaving the facility, throughout the shift and upon return.
• Communicates any vehicle or equipment damage to maintenance before loading via use of an electronic log.
• Utilizes safe driving skills in maneuvering at varying speeds in a variety of situations, such as heavy traffic, inclement weather and tight spaces.
• Completes all documentation and data entry associated with inspection reports, work orders, shipping documents and other project notes in an accurate manner.
• Communicates any and all accidents and/or incidents immediately. Pay is $30/hour. Apply now!
• Valid CDL A with Hazmat endorsement is required
• 2+ years proven experience in commercial truck driving
• preferably with Jet/Vac Trucks, Boiler or Reefer trucks
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, DOT physical and driver's license check consistent with company standards and DOT requirements
• Ability to work overtime and out of town
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift, push/pull, carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to enter and work in confined spaces if necessary
