Job Description

We are hiring experienced owner-operators with their own trucks. You keep 90% of the gross revenue , while our dispatch fee is only 10%. Dont have a trailer? You can rent a brand-new 2026 53-foot dry van directly from us.

What We Offer:

90% of gross revenue Solo drivers gross approximately $6,000$10,000 per week A large number of dedicated lanes available Dedicated and regional dry van runs Premium rates and access to dedicated brokers 2026 53-foot dry van rental: $250 per week

Insurance:

$300 per week with a clean driving record Company fuel card Company IFTA program 24/7 ELD support: $45 per week ELD setup supports recap hours Weekly settlements by ACH Excellent safety score and access to a large network of brokers and shippers

Weekly Settlement Schedule:

Submit BOLs for loads completed from Tuesday through Monday and receive payment by ACH the following Friday.

Inspection Bonuses:

Level 1 clean DOT inspection: $500 Level 2 clean DOT inspection: $400 Level 3 clean DOT inspection: $200

Additional Bonuses:

$1,000 longevity bonus after six months $600 driver referral bonus
