Job Description
This role is primarily a hands‑on shop position with occasional driving duties. The main focus of the job is supporting daily shop operations, maintaining equipment, and assisting with aftertreatment system refurbishment. You will be expected to work comfortably in a busy, physical environment and contribute to the overall workflow of the shop. Shop Responsibilities (Main Focus): Perform machine maintenance and basic mechanical tasks Assist with aftertreatment system refurbishment and cleaning Safely lift and move 30-50+ lbs throughout the workday Use basic tools and follow standard shop safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Show initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic Work in a hands‑on environment and be willing to get dirty Driving Responsibilities (Part‑Time): Operate a company van to deliver and pick up aftertreatment systems as needed Load and unload goods safely and efficiently Follow assigned routes and navigate efficiently Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations
