Job Description
CDL A Roll-Off Driver We're looking for a dependable CDL A driver to run roll-off containers. Local routes hauling solid waste and recycling to transfer and recycling facilities. Steady schedule, good equipment, and a team that knows what they're doing. We'll train the right person — someone who shows maturity, good judgment, and a strong work ethic. What you'll do Deliver and pick up roll-off containers Haul to Olympic View Transfer Station and recycling facilities in Tacoma, Belfair, Hansville and Bremerton Run truck & trailer into tight/complex sites Tarp and secure loads Handle routes and tickets without needing constant direction Do pre-trips and stay on top of your equipment What we're looking for CDL Class A Clean, insurable driving record Comfortable with truck & trailer Reliable, on time, and consistent Safety-minded, pays attention to details Takes ownership of their truck and work Pulls their weight and works well with the crew. Schedule Monday-Friday, typically 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Some weekends and overtime during peak/seasonal periods Physical Requirements Physically demanding — not just driving Securing and tarping loads daily Climbing, lifting, and working around containers and equipment Bottom line If you show up, think safely, take care of your truck, and get the job done right — you'll do well here.
