About Vista Vending Vista Vending delivers full-service break rooms to businesses across Seattle, Tacoma, and the Puget Sound — vending machines, self-checkout micro markets, office coffee, and pantry service. We're a locally rooted team of 30+ where everyone, from the warehouse to the routes to management, plays a critical role. About the role Like being on the move, not stuck behind a desk? As a Route Driver, you're the face of our company — driving your own daily route, keeping vending machines and micro markets stocked, and making sure customers always find what they're looking for. No two stops are the same, and at the end of the day, you can see exactly what you accomplished. What you'll do Drive a company route truck to customer locations on an established daily route — you're home every night.
Stock and merchandise vending machines:
fill product, rotate stock, and keep every machine clean, organized, and ready for customers. Collect cash and refill coin mechanisms, keeping accurate counts along the way. Use a mobile app to log inventory, fill levels, spoilage, and service notes at each stop. Spot and report machine issues so repairs get handled fast.
Wrap up at the warehouse:
turn in cash, restock returns, and load your truck for the next day. What We're Looking For A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age (required for company vehicle insurance). Reliability — your customers and teammates count on you showing up ready to go. Attention to detail with cash handling, product rotation, and accurate record-keeping. Comfort working independently and managing your own route. Ability to lift and move products, load/unload bins and crates, and stay on your feet throughout the day. Basic smartphone/app skills — we'll train you on our system. No vending experience is needed.
