A Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver drives large commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers, semi-trucks, or big rigs. Responsibilities typically include transporting cargo across long distances, sometimes over the course of multiple days. They may work for trucking companies, freight carriers, logistics, or shipping companies.
Oversee and manage the Dial-A-Ride phone line, including planning and monitoring operations. Transport students who require rides to and from school, ensuring their safety and security during transit. Maintain accurate records of all pick-ups and related data. Collect and deliver items from the community closet to families as needed.
