$17.50/hour Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Mailroom Associate to support daily mailroom, document processing, and delivery operations. This role is responsible for sorting, opening, organizing, preparing, scanning, and processing incoming and outgoing mail and documents with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment that requires accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of tasks. In addition to mailroom and document processing responsibilities, this position serves as a backup driver to support the transportation and delivery of mail, documents, equipment, and supplies as needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to operational excellence and customer service. Key Responsibilities Learn about different types of healthcare documents and how to operate mailroom equipment. Open mail, identify document types, and group documents together. Hand off documents to our scan team - may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting 30~ pounds (one Banker's Box).
