Lakeside Industries Inc. is looking to welcome our next Truck Driver to the team! OVERVIEW
The Truck Driver position involves the safe and efficient operation of a Dump Truck for the transportation of materials and heavy equipment to and from our jobsites.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Must pass pre-employment drug screen. Must possess Class A CDL Participates in and promotes our Company Safety Program. Willing and able to work long hours when needed. Driving the truck to and from the job site for the delivery of equipment and/or materials Transfer of HMA from the Truck into the Paver or MTV hopper, coordinating with Paver or MTV Operator Skilled at equipment hauling Keep truck and trailer clean and free of loose materials Loading, securing, and unloading equipment onto, and from, equipment trailers in the yard and at the jobsite Communicates with the Superintendent/Dispatcher/onsite Foreman to define onsite expectations Follows all FMSCA rules and regulations Completes daily inspection reports utilizing the ELD to meet requirements and log hours of service Practices pride in ownership towards vehicles, equipment, and worksite conditions Upholds the ideals of the Lakeside mission statement Other duties as assigned as a part of a team Want to join the team? One (1) to three (3) years or more of industry related experience preferred (emphasis on paving, roads, highway, and bridges). Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
