Compensation Average annual earnings:

approximately $72,696 Mileage pay: $0.54-$0.58 per mile $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible drivers No-touch stop pay: $30 Driver-assist stop pay: $45 Doubles load pay: $25/load Additional work assignments: $200-$400/day New-hire training: $20/hour Overtime training rate: $30/hour Holiday pay: $300/day Schedule Thursday-Sunday Start times approximately 9:00 PM-12:00 AM Average 11-hour workday Optional sixth workday Daily home time Approximately 1,200 miles per week Position Details Operate throughout Washington and Oregon Transport palletized grocery products Dry van, refrigerated and pup trailers Approximately 40% of loads involve doubles Combination of driver-assist and customer live-unload stops Driver-assist stops require use of an electric pallet jack to move freight to the rear of the trailer for unloading Approximately 90% driver-assist stops / 10% customer live unload Automatic day-cab tractors Slip seating required Equipment remains at the operating location during time off No riders or pets Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience Doubles endorsement required within approximately 60 days of hire Must be willing and able to chain when weather requires Ability to perform driver-assist duties Must meet applicable DOT and safety requirements
