We value teamwork, safety, and integrity—and our drivers are the backbone of our business. We are looking for a dependable tow truck driver/operator to join our team. You will be responsible for safely operating a tow truck (flatbed and/or wheel lift) and providing excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries. Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbeds to transport vehicles in various conditions. Load and unload vehicles efficiently using appropriate equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with dispatch and private clients. Maintain accurate logs of loads, unloads, and related activities for reporting purposes. Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues and customers. Qualifications Ability to operate tow trucks, especially flatbeds. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to load & unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment. Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations professionally. Customer service-oriented mindset with clear communication skills.
