Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and safety while efficiently handling various towing and roadside assistance tasks. This role requires a combination of driving expertise, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively. We also have 1 spot open for a CDL driver. Must live locally (within 15 min from our office location) Spanaway WA Duties Operate tow trucks and other vehicles safely and efficiently to transport disabled or damaged vehicles. Perform vehicle recovery operations, including loading and unloading vehicles. Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions before towing. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their needs and the towing process. Manage conflict situations with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of services rendered, including vehicle details and incident reports. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on duty. Requirements Valid driver's license Experience as a tow truck driver is preferred but training is available on site Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on towing equipment. Ability to work rotating nights & weekends on call shifts. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics to identify issues before towing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in conflict management to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. Must pass required
WSP/JBLM
background check to service our Police & Government contracts. Must live locally (within 15 min from our office location) Must be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy loads, and comfortable working in various weather conditions.
