What:

We are seeking timely, motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team of customer service professionals at our 4-acre lumberyard. Ideal candidates will be goal-oriented individuals with outstanding customer service abilities, a high level of attention to detail and ambitions for professional growth within the company. As our dedicated delivery driver, you will be responsible for transporting lumber and hardware packages to contractors, businesses, and residential customers while providing friendly and professional service. Responsibilities § Safely deliver lumber, building materials, and hardware orders to customers § Load, secure, transport, and unload materials properly § Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle to ensure safe operation § Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures when needed § Communicate professionally with customers and team members § Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures § Document all deliveries through pictures for future reference § Assist with occasional yard or warehouse duties as needed Qualifications § Valid CDL license with clean driving record § Previous delivery driving experience § Previous lumber and building material experience § Ability to safely handle and secure heavy building materials § Forklift experience (Moffet preferred) § Strong work ethic and reliability § Friendly attitude and good customer service skills § Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the day Schedule § Monday through Friday § 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM § Home evenings and weekends What We Offer § Competitive wages starting at $30/hour § Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision & life insurances) § Washington State Sick Leave § Paid vacation (PTO) § 401k matching program § Stable full-time position (40+ hours per week) § Opportunity to be part of a respected local business § Family-oriented work environment If you take pride in safe driving, dependable service, and being part of a hardworking team, we'd love to hear from you!
