Job Description
MUST LIVE
OLYMPIA, LACEY, TUMWATER... immediate openings for well-groomed, highly motivated, energetic and drug-free light/medium duty tow truck operators.A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS REQUIRED.
This job involves removing vehicles from accident scenes under the direction of law enforcement and transporting disabled vehicles to customer destinations. Other duties include jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel deliveries, and minor roadside repairs. Must maintain a clean tow truck, have good customer service skills, and be able to move with a sense of urgency. All applicants must have a good work ethic, a great attitude and always have safety in mind. You MUST be able to park a tow truck at your residence.Skills desired:
Towing experience, knowledge of all types of vehicles, basic math skills, legible handwriting, honesty and integrity, customer service, positive attitude, safety management, time management, preform preventive maintenance checks, dependability, punctuality, and a team playerRequirements:
- Must be able to work days and nights
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
- Must be 23 years old (due to insurance requirements)
- Must be able to lift 65 lbs
- Must pass WSP background check
- Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Must be able to pass random drug screens
- Must provide us with 5-year driving abstract
