Join Bison USA as a Yard Trainer and help shape the next generation of safe, professional drivers. What You'll Get Home daily — no over-the-road travel Full-time schedule Monday - Friday Competitive Salary Full benefits package (health, dental, vision) 401(k) with company participation Paid training & career growth opportunities Modern equipment & supportive team environment What You'll Do Train new and experienced drivers on: Backing maneuvers Basic driving skills ELD & in-cab technology Company policies & safety procedures Conduct road tests and yard skill evaluations Provide coaching and corrective training when needed Support drivers returning from incidents or time off Maintain accurate training records and reports Promote a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL with active medical card 21 years of age or older Ability to safely operate a 53' dry van Strong knowledge of:
DOT & FMCSA
regulations Hours of service & trip planning Vehicle inspections & safety practices Comfortable using ELDs and basic computer systems Strong communication and coaching skills Team-oriented with a professional attitude Previous driver training experience (preferred) Work Environment Mix of office and outdoor work at the training yard Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions Active role — standing, walking, and occasional lifting required Why Bison USA?
