Build Toward Leadership. $20-$25/hour | Full-Time | Butler, WI Camo Crew is looking for dependable, physically capable people who want more than another dead-end job. You'll work with a crew performing junk removal throughout Southeast Wisconsin—moving furniture and appliances, loading trucks, helping customers, and working indoors and outdoors. Driving:
You must have a valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience beyond a probationary license to meet our insurance requirements. ✓
Physical:
You must be able to regularly lift and carry 75+ lbs , move furniture and appliances, climb stairs, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day, with or without reasonable accommodation. What You'll Do This isn't the same job every day. You'll work throughout Southeast Wisconsin helping homeowners and businesses clear out everything from furniture and appliances to full properties.
You'll:
Work alongside your crew to safely remove, carry, load, and sort items Drive company vehicles once qualified Provide professional, respectful service to customers Work efficiently while protecting customers' homes and property Learn how to price jobs and communicate with customers Take increasing ownership of jobs and crews as you advance Help sort materials for donation, recycling, repurposing, and responsible disposal What We're Looking For Experience in junk removal isn't required. We're more interested in how you work.
