Tractor Drivers Ferguson's Family of Farms | Galesville, WI Help Keep the Farm Running This Fall! Behind every great visitor experience is a great operations team. At Ferguson's Family of Farms, our Operations Team keeps everything running smoothly—from directing traffic and stocking supplies to driving tractor rides, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting multiple departments throughout the farm. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy staying active and who take pride in helping behind the scenes. We are hiring for multiple seasonal positions, including: Tractor Drivers Shifts available: Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm Available Positions Tractor Driver Help create memorable tractor ride experiences for thousands of visitors each season.

Responsibilities include:

Safely operate tractors pulling passenger wagons and trains Transport visitors throughout the farm Greet visitors with a friendly attitude Complete a tractor driving evaluation during the interview process Perform basic daily equipment inspections Requirements Previous tractor driving experience is required Experience operating agricultural tractors (John Deere 50-100 HP or similar) Lawn tractor experience does not qualify Minimum age 18+ with a valid driver's license Comfortable learning multiple tractor models Excellent safety awareness and driving record Applicants must meet the minimum age requirements for the position they are applying for. Seasonal Schedule Our season runs August 15th through November 1st.

Experienced Tractor Drivers:

$20.00/hour

Security Officers:

$20.00/hour How our pay structure works. If you earn $20.00 per hour; $18.00 per hour is paid throughout the season.
