Local CDL Truck Driver

• Duties:

• Operate and drive various types of vehicles, including heavy equipment, roll-off trucks, flatbeds, dump trucks, and refrigerated trailers.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including automotive repairs and inspections.
• Load and unload freight and ensure its safe transportation.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely delivery of goods.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents.

• Skills:

• Proficient in operating heavy equipment and various types of vehicles.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Experience with refrigerated trailers for transporting perishable goods.
• Familiarity with freight handling and securing techniques.
• Ability to drive safely in various weather conditions and terrains.
• Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and routes effectively.
