Route and Equipment Transparency:

Local routes within approximately a 150 ‑ mile radius of our Kenosha, WI terminal Routes vary by assignment but are primarily within Wisconsin , with limited nearby regional coverage Start and end your shift at the same Kenosha location every day Average equipment age: 4 years or newer 2019 and newer Mack Anthem day cabs Automatic transmissions Forward‑ and rear‑facing cameras Climate‑controlled cabs with A/C and heat What that means for you: less wear and tear, more family time, and no chasing miles to chase pay. Dispatch & Mechanical Support At YMX, our dispatch team operates as a support partner, not just a scheduling function. Dispatch Support for Drivers Dispatch is available throughout your shift for routing questions, schedule adjustments, breakdowns, or operational concerns Drivers are encouraged to communicate early about delays, traffic issues, weather conditions, hours‑of‑service limitations, or equipment concerns Mechanical issues are supported 24/7, with coordination between dispatch and maintenance to minimize downtime Dispatch works to provide consistent routes and predictable schedules whenever possible Safety is always prioritized over speed or productivity Who Thrives in This Role We're hiring professional CDL ‑ A drivers who want a place to stay, grow, and build a long ‑ term career .   • Commercial Driver's License w/ a current medical clearance card and clean driving record.

Insurance Purposes:
Minimum 6 months verifiable experience with CDL A No major violations within 5 years No more than 2 preventable accidents and 2 moving violations in the last 5 years No speeding tickets over 15 mph or reckless driving in the last 5 years Physical Requirements Sitting
  • Periodic sitting in spotting vehicle to perform driving tasks for hours at a time. Walking
  • Occasionally required to walk moderate distances to conduct yard inspections or search for trailers. Bending/Stretching
  • Frequent turning of back/torso/neck when guiding vehicle to connect to trailers or connect trailer to dock door. Use of arms to connecting to trailers. Bending required when inspecting vehicle or trailer. Climbing
  • Frequent climbing in and out of cab of vehicle. Communication
  • Frequently required to talk and hear, in person and by phone/radio Travel
  • Periodic required to travel and work extended hours when necessary. Observation/Eyesight
  • Frequently required to observe details at close range including depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to differentiate between colors. Lifting
  • Occasionally required to solo lift supplies weighing from 5 to 20 pounds.
Environmental & Hazardous Conditions This role primarily takes place outdoors and is directly impacted by weather conditions. Temperatures can range from extreme heat to below freezing, especially during vehicle inspections. Additionally, work may be required in wet conditions, including rain, snow, and ice. Additionally, if working with an ICE vehicle, fueling of vehicle is requred along with being positioned above a desel engine. If working with a E-Vehicle charging of the vehicle is required by ensuring vehicle is connected to charger.
