Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting customers efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to all traffic laws and company policies in additional to being sensitive to passengers with different needs. Successful completion of background check and drug test required.
Passenger Focus :
Assisting patients with boarding, and exiting if needed and assisting with any medical equipment.Driving :
Following state driver regulations and traffic laws, and maintaining the vehicle cleanliness.Communication :
Communicating with dispatch, patients, and family membersDocumentation :
Completing scheduled run and ensuring documentation is accurately recorded. Customer service : Providing excellent customer service to patients and clientsSafety :
Ensuring the safety of patients and the vehicle, and reporting accidents to the dispatcherJob Types:
