Full Job Description Position:

CDL-A Driver Look no more! If you want to join the newest, best and fastest growing equipment rental company in Wisconsin here is your chance. We are currently looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual that wants to contribute to the growth of our company.

Overview:

Safe delivery and pickup of construction equipment like boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, mini-excavators and skid steers. We are based and operate in Wisconsin providing equipment to and from local job sites and customer facilities daily. Responsibilities for this CDL A position are as such but not limited to:

• Drivers perform daily vehicle inspections of their truck and trailer
• Properly secure loads compliant with dot regulations
• Provide exceptional customer experience, communicate with customers and show basic operations of equipment as needed
• Navigate jobsites in the city and rural areas using best judgement to load and unload equipment

Requirements:

• License:

  Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record.

• Experience:

  Commercial driving experience, specifically with Rollbacks, Semi with trailer, heavy haul, or oversized loads.

• Physical Ability:

  Must be able to frequently lift or move chains, binders and smaller support equipment that could weigh up to 80 lbs.

Safety & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and DOT requirements

Work Environment:

• Generally, Monday through Friday, daytime hours (5:00 AM to 3:00 PM), with opportunities for overtime and the occasional Saturday as needed
• Drivers primarily serve the Greater Milwaukee area and up to 4 hours surrounding Southeastern Wisconsin counties, allowing for same day returns

Requires working outdoors in various Wisconsin weather conditions during loading, unloading, and securing tasks.
