- Position Overview
- Are you a dependable driver looking for a role that gets you home daily? We are seeking a dedicated
- Driver/Dockworker
- to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for the timely pickup, loading, transit, and delivery of freight and packages. You will operate both tractor-trailer units and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to ensure efficient terminal and delivery operations, all while providing industry-leading customer service.
- Shift & Schedule:
- Flexibility is required. Work hours include days, nights, and/or weekends depending on operational needs.
- All routes return to your home terminal during the same shift.
- Key Responsibilities

Driving & Delivery:
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer unit to transport packages and palletized freight to and from residential and commercial properties. +
- Dock Operations:
- Efficiently load, unload, ship, receive, scan, sort, and stock packages and freight at the terminal. +
- Equipment Operation:
- Utilize various Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including pallet movers and stand-up forklifts, to manage cargo. +
- Logistics & Technology:
- Accurately label shipments and leverage on-board technology to optimize delivery efficiency and tracking. +
- Customer Service:
- Maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and professionalism at every stop.
- Qualifications & Requirements

Licensing:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in your home state. +
- Endorsements:
- Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsement required. +
- Screening:
- Must successfully pass a company road test, a DOT physical (including a drug screen), and all necessary background checks. +
- Physical Ability:
- Capability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly in a fast-paced environment. +
- Professionalism:
- Comply with company appearance guidelines and wear the provided uniform.
