Driver is expected to start and end in Pleasant Prairie WI; Spotter.

Monday- Thursday 07:00AM-5

26.00 Summary As a Local Class A Spotter/Shuttle driver, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, in local transportation and spotter/shuttle services. Your core skills in driving and commercial driving, along with your premium skills in handling manual transmission and specialized trailers like refrigerated and flatbed, will be essential in executing efficient and secure transportation tasks. Your relevant experience as a delivery driver, familiarity with route driving, and ability to load and unload freight will ensure timely and accurate deliveries. With a CDL A license and a focus on safety and precision, you will play a vital role in the logistics and transportation operations of our organization. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport goods between designated locations. Perform vehicle spotting and shuttling tasks efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations. Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo. Utilize manual transmission skills as needed and maintain delivery schedules. Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve delivery processes. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL license Proven experience as a delivery driver Proficient in vehicle spotting and maneuvering Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles Experience with load and unload procedures Familiarity with commercial driving regulations Knowledge of refrigerated trailers and flatbed operations is a plus

$26.00 per hour
