We are seeking a versatile, "roll-up-your-sleeves" Operations & Shop Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role designed for someone who enjoys variety, physical work, and the satisfaction of keeping a facility running like a well-oiled machine. One hour you might be operating a forklift to load a semi, and the next you might be performing light maintenance on a truck or organizing the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Order Fulfillment Order Processing:

Accurately pull parts from inventory and package orders for shipment.

Shipping Preparation:

Palletize orders, calculate weights, and take precise measurements for freight logistics.

Loading:

Operate a Gehl telehandler to safely and efficiently load semi-trucks with outgoing products.

Production Support Material Processing:

Operate machinery to roll tubing and manufacture insulated pipe according to specifications.

Quality Control:

Ensure all outgoing materials and fabricated pipes meet shop standards.

Facility & Grounds Maintenance Yard Care:

Maintain the exterior property, including mowing the lawn, plowing snow, and repairing driveway potholes.

General Upkeep:

Ensure the shop remains clean and organized. Perform basic building repairs (e.g., changing lightbulbs, fixing minor breakages, general "handyman" tasks).

Sanitation:

Keep the yard and shop free of debris and garbage.

Equipment Maintenance Light PMs:

Perform routine preventative maintenance on company trucks, the Gehl telehandler, and lawn equipment (e.g., oil changes, fluid checks, and basic troubleshooting). To be considered for this role, please apply at

Skills & Qualifications Mechanical Aptitude:

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and performing basic vehicle/equipment maintenance.

Forklift Experience:

Prior experience operating a forklift or telehandler (Gehl) or similar machinery is highly preferred.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to be on your feet all day, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, snow, etc.).

Organizational Skills:

A natural eye for "where things go" and a commitment to keeping a shop tidy.

Adaptability:

Ability to switch gears quickly between tasks as priorities shift throughout the day.
