A CDL OTR
Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting furniture and home goods using our De-mountable Containers from the Stevens Point Distribution Center to delivery locations across the state of WI. This role involves transferring loaded containers to delivery locations and returning with empty containers.
Schedule:
Friday through Monday (2nd shift hours with a start time of 1pm or later if preferred until the route is completed meaning you will be home daily.) What you will be doing each day: Transport furniture, appliances, and electronics to various stores in the state using De-mountable containers Follow safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation, ensuring passengers also follow safety regulations Follow company safety procedures for vehicle operation Maintain logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order We are looking for individuals with: Active Class A CDL active and in good standing Ability to work long hours and 2nd shift hours Minimum of 1 year Class A CDL driving experience required Valid driver's license Ability work in inclement weather What we offer: Personal and Professional Development opportunities Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid-Time Off Birthday off with pay Paid Parental Leave Educational Reimbursement Generous product discount 401K retirement plan with company match Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance Long, short term disability insurance Health and Wellness Program Fun company activities - involvement in the community!
