$7,500 Sign-On Bonus 4th Generation Trucking LLC is seeking experienced and dependable Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers to join our growing team. Our drivers haul dedicated food-grade freight using reliable, ELD-exempt, CAT-powered equipment. $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
Home weekly
Weekly pay
Percentage-based pay on gross truck earnings
Current drivers earn approximately $120,000 to $180,000 annually

Safely transport food-grade freight to customer locations
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate transportation records and paperwork
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
Deliver freight on schedule while maintaining excellent customer service
Represent the company professionally at all times Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Tanker Endorsement required
Minimum 3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience
At least 25 years of age
Clean driving record and strong safety history
Ability to pass DOT-required screenings
