Based on your experience, qualifications, and business needs, you may operate Front-End, Automated Side Load (ASL), Rear-load, or Swing collection equipment. What You'll Do Safely operate assigned CDL waste collection vehicles and equipment. Complete assigned routes efficiently and on schedule. Perform required pre- and post-trip inspections and DVIRs. Safely navigate residential, commercial, and industrial areas. Operate Front-End, ASL, or Swing equipment based on assignment and qualifications. Monitor surroundings and follow all safe operating and backing procedures. Report vehicle, equipment, route, customer, or safety concerns to dispatch. Provide professional and courteous service to customers. Follow all company, DOT, and OSHA safety requirements. What We're Looking For Valid Class A or Class B CDL. Valid DOT medical certification. Safe driving record that meets company requirements. Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and collection equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Previous CDL or waste industry experience preferred, but not required. Training is provided on company-specific equipment and procedures.
