Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking reliable and skilled drivers to join our team. Shift begins 5:10 am ends at 8:00 am. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of driving regulations, excellent navigation skills, and the ability to handle various types of vehicles, including box trucks and manual transmission vehicles. If you are interested, please text or call Yony at (646) 906-6058. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles. Load and unload goods using pallet jacks and forklifts as necessary. Ensure timely delivery of products to designated locations while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers to coordinate deliveries. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in commercial driving is preferred, including familiarity with manual transmission vehicles. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) as required during loading and unloading tasks.
