Schedule:
Monday-Friday, daytime hours (No weekends)
Reports To:
Shredding Operations Supervisor Position Summary The CSR Shredding Driver serves as a key member of the Secure Document Destruction team by providing reliable customer service, secure transportation, and compliant destruction of confidential materials. This position is responsible for operating a company box truck, servicing scheduled shredding routes, collecting and transporting sensitive documents, and supporting secure shredding operations in accordance with NAID standards and company security protocols. This role also works collaboratively with individuals with disabilities in a supportive and inclusive work environment. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Route Operations Provide professional and courteous service to customers at all service locations Complete scheduled shredding and recycling routes accurately and efficiently Maintain positive customer relationships and represent PACE professionally in the community Verify service completion and maintain accurate route documentation Communicate route delays, customer concerns, or operational issues to supervision Secure Document Destruction Collect, transport, and process confidential materials in accordance with
NAID AAA
standards and company security procedures Maintain strict chain-of-custody practices for sensitive documents and media Operate shredding, baling, sorting, and related equipment safely and efficiently Ensure secure handling and destruction of confidential information at all times Follow all confidentiality, data security, and compliance requirements Driving & Equipment Operation Operate company box trucks safely and responsibly Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Load, unload, and transport shredding containers, carts, and boxed materials Maintain cleanliness and basic daily upkeep of vehicles and equipment Follow all DOT, state, and company driving regulations Team Support Work cooperatively with employees of varying abilities Support a safe, respectful, and productive work environment Assist with warehouse, recycling, and shredding operations as needed Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier rolling containers with assistance or proper equipment Ability to move wheeled collection bins weighing up to 350 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing in and out of vehicles Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor conditions throughout the year Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous customer service, delivery, transportation, warehouse, or recycling experience preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Dependable attendance and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Licensing & Requirements Valid West Virginia Driver's License required Ability to obtain and maintain a WV Class D license if required by vehicle classification Must meet DOT medical certification requirements with no restrictions impacting job duties Must successfully complete: Criminal background investigation Drug screening Functional capacity evaluation Must meet NAID background and security compliance requirements Work Schedule Drivers are typically scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with most routes completed by approximately 3:00 PM. Occasional extended route times may be required based on operational needs. No weekend work is regularly scheduled.
