Job Description
This full-time position is responsible for operating various off road trucks; Articulated Dump trucks, 775 truck, Water Truck and performing various labor duties around the job-site, as needed. We are looking for hard workers who are reliable and looking for long term employment. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; calling for repairs. Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities. Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, or falling objects. Prepares work by studying and clarifying instructions and diagrams; calculating requirements; gathering supplies. Coordinate machine actions with other activities, position or move loads in response to hand or audio signals from crew members Safely move dirt, rocks, equipment, or other materials using articulated dump trucks. Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed. This position is also responsible for tasks involving physical labor at construction sites and assisting other workers Haul Materials on an Articulated Truck. Shovel materials to and from construction areas including asphalt & dirt. Performs routine daily maintenance/cleaning on all trucks, trailers and heavy equipment. Follow all safety procedures on the jobsite. Clean and prepare construction sites by handling materials and storing them properly. Coordinate with crew members in response to hand and/or audio signals. Picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use and securing the job site daily.
